Turns a Columbia I 32 x 24 propeller 600 R.P.M. for 12 M.P.H. Yama was designed by Whitteley & Whitaker, and she displaces 21 tons.

She measures 32' x 6', and was built entirely of mahogany with the expception of the keel and ribs which are of white oak, by Messers. Hutchingson Brothers, of Alexandria Bay, N. Y. The design is by George W. Crouch, the technical editor of Motor Boat, an American publication. The owner is Mr. Alfred Rogers, of Toronto, Canada."
